Don't Take Your Guns to Town (Violin Cover)
I've loved this song for quite a while now. I learned how to play it on the guitar, but everybody and their brother knows how to sing and play the guitar. So, I went about trying to make an interesting arrangement of this song. I created an interlude that exuded the folky and sad quality of the story.
The key to making a simple story telling song interesting is finding different ways of saying the same thing with the music. Different inversions of the chords and different techniques and variations on the theme.
Until Next time,
